Word Batch stores your game data — Coins, stats, settings, and owned Recipes, Tile Skins, and Boosts — only on your device and, if you're signed into iCloud, in your own iCloud account. We do not run any servers, collect any data ourselves, or share anything with third parties. There are no accounts, no sign-in, and no analytics or advertising SDKs anywhere in the app.
On-device storage. Your Coins, best batch, words baked, Baker Level, and owned Recipes/Tile Skins/Boosts are saved locally on your device. This is the only copy we control, and we never see it — it never leaves your device to reach us.
iCloud (optional, automatic). If you're signed into iCloud on your device, Word Batch backs up and syncs the same data above through Apple's iCloud Key-Value Storage, so your progress and purchases follow you to a new device and survive reinstalling. This is Apple's infrastructure, not ours — we have no server in the loop and never receive or see this data. If you're not signed into iCloud, the app works exactly the same, entirely locally.
Game Center (optional). If you choose to sign into Game Center, Apple's own Game Center service handles the leaderboards (biggest batch, Baker Level, and words baked) and achievement unlocks. We don't run any leaderboard servers ourselves, and Game Center sign-in is entirely optional — the game is fully playable without it.
In-App Purchases. Coin packs are processed entirely by Apple's App Store using your Apple ID payment method. We never see your payment information, and no purchase data is transmitted to us.
Deleting the app removes all data stored locally on your device. Data backed up to your iCloud account can be managed or removed via Settings ▸ [your name] ▸ iCloud ▸ Manage Account Storage on your device.
